Bank Bill Pay is typically a free service offered through your bank under the Pay Bill tab in your app or online access site. FIB is not on the auto generated list, however you can add “FIB Water” as a payee with our “10327 Grand River Suite 408, Brighton, MI 48116”. Payments can be set up to be sent one-time or recurring monthly/quarterly. Be sure to also add your service address in the MEMO line. For direct assistance, contact your bank. If you have additional questions, please contact our office.

FIB Board Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Packets are available upon request via email to admin@fibwater.org. Be sure to specify the document name and date in your request.

Standing requests for FIB Board Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Packets can be requested on an annual basis for the year in which the request is received. For example: a request received in June will receive all FIB Board Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Packets from that receipt date thru December of 2024. Standing requests must be renewed annually to continue receiving documents.

Plumbing Emergency
For Water Emergencies related to your plumbing, please solicit the service of a plumber. FIB Water CANNOT assist with plumbing issues.

* During flushing, you may experience discoloration in your water. We recommend that you DO NOT wash laundry or any other item at risk of staining during this time. If you experience discolored water, simply run the cold water tap until clear.

We encourage you to keep your contact information up to date including your address, email and phone in case of a water emergency. Please verify that your contact information is correct on your water bill pay stub. If it is incorrect or missing, please fill it in and send with your payment. If you currently pay via bank bill pay, please email your corrected or missing contact information to admin@fibwater.org.

HydroCorp Inspection Request
FIB Water prioritizes water safety. In keeping with our philosophy, FIB Water is partnering with HydroCorp on an important regulatory water safety compliance program known as Cross-Connection Control.
​
This state mandated program focuses on water service connections and onsite visual inspections (coordinated and performed by HydroCorp) to identify potentially harmful interconnections to the FIB Water Supply.
This is an ongoing program. Cross-connection inspections are required annually on commercial properties and every five years for residential properties.
When you receive a letter, call the number provided to schedule your inspection.

Safe Drinking Water Act:
Consumer Confidence Reports
Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs), also known as water quality reports, are annual summaries of drinking water quality. A CCR details information about the water source, detected contaminants, and compliance with drinking water regulations. CCRs are completed each year by July 1st. Printed versions are also available at the FIB Water Office.
